Elation St Leonards

The scale, materiality and detailing of Elation’s low-level podium reflects the richness of its historical context, with its fine brickwork, robust metalwork and articulated façade. In contrast, the tower form has been designed in response to Elation’s role as a contemporary representation of the transforming St Leonards South precinct, with a more simple material expression.

BEAUTIFULLY
CRAFTED

Layered, soft and light, the bathrooms are pure minimalist elegance, with clean lines and a beautiful materiality. Fine porcelain tiles grace the walls and floor, with chevron-patterned tiles adding texture and interest to the shower recesses, which feature frameless glass surrounds. Wall-hung vanities, back-lit mirrored cabinetry and soft wall lighting complete the picture.
