Following the contract signing, DASCO collaborated with the team to begin construction preparations. In September 2024, DASCO commenced preparatory works—including tree protection, demolition, site leveling, and underground utility setup—in accordance with relevant requirements. The Construction Certificate (CC) is expected by early 2025, with basement excavation scheduled to start soon after.
